Unbelievable how good this works!! I am using nose spray for the last 7 years before I go to sleep and I knew that’s not good but couldn’t breathe. Till I tried the nose strips and that was it, I was breathing for the first time without a spray !!! I am so happy and grateful, for me it’s almost a miracle!!! The moment you put the strip on your nose you can breathe freely , absolutely love it and highly recommend this. Also I had surgery on my nose because I couldn’t breathe freely and a year after the surgery I was blocked again so you can understand how happy I am with these strips !

These strips have a stronger hold than other brands I've tried, so they work reliably to help me sleep better even deep into the winter months. Love the colour too!
I was honestly surprised by these. I have a slightly deviated nose, so I didn’t expect a strip to make much difference, but I can genuinely breathe through my nose more easily when I wear them, especially at night. They stay on really well without feeling uncomfortable or pulling at my skin. Super simple, but I’ve definitely noticed a difference and now I get the hype.
