- You will use the Product strictly according to instructions provided.
- You will not rely on the Product for any medical, therapeutic, or respiratory outcome.
2.3 Allergies, Skin Sensitivities & Reactions
Our Products contain adhesive materials that may cause irritation in individuals with:
- Sensitive skin
- Adhesive allergies
- Contact dermatitis
- Existing skin conditions
- You must perform a patch test before full use.
Discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if irritation, redness, swelling, itching, or breathing difficulties occur.
2.4 Respiratory Conditions
Users with respiratory or medical conditions — including asthma, chronic sinus issues, nasal polyps, allergies, or sleep apnoea — should consult a healthcare professional before using our Products.
Koala Lion is not responsible for adverse outcomes related to:

2.5 Environmental Exposure
The Product must be applied only to clean, dry skin.

Koala Lion is not liable for reactions caused by improper application or use in unsuitable environments.
2.6 Improper Use
Koala Lion is not responsible for injuries or reactions resulting from:
- Application to broken, irritated, or sunburnt skin
- Prolonged use beyond the recommended duration
- Use by minors without supervision
- Ignoring provided warnings or instructions
- Use for any medical or therapeutic purpose
3. Pricing, Payments & Orders
Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.
All payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.
Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you once the order is provided to the postal carrier.
5. Refunds, Returns & Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if the Product is:
- Faulty
- Not of acceptable quality
- Not as described
- Unsafe
We do not offer refunds for change of mind once the Product has been opened or used.
If you believe the Product has caused an adverse reaction, contact us immediately with photos, batch number, and details.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Koala Lion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including allergic reactions, breathing issues, skin irritation, or misuse of the Product.
- Koala Lion is not responsible for outcomes arising from pre-existing medical conditions.
- Koala Lion’s total liability in relation to any claim is limited to the amount paid for the Product in question.
Nothing in this clause restricts rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
